- After joining, you will never be treated as a novice. Everyone has a first time and we respect that. - We look for that unique quality a person has that makes them a valuable asset. - The upper management tirelessly works for the betterment of the company putting lesser burden on the lower management. - Everyone is considered a team member, be it an intern or a full-time employee.
Cons
- You may have to wear multiple hats depending upon the situation (some people may not like that). - You need lots of patience while working with an early stage start-up.
