Horrible hours costs money to be at work u will basically live at work out of your car if you have a family it is the worst job ever so be young and completely single or you will not last here
I've been with the organization for over 2 years now and I love it here. I've had over 4 promotions in my short time and learned so much about the marketing and business world. I started here just to "get my foot in the door" of the marketing world but it ended up being so much more! My colleagues are like family and the fun team atmosphere makes it enjoyable to come into work everyday.

The company holds the employees to a high standard (if that's really a con?) and no tolerance for negativity in the office
