Innovative technology, directly working with customers is rewarding. Passionate owner.

Cons

Very poor management, always arguing and contradicting one another. Very immature and a lot of yelling in the office. Teams are very uncooperative and mostly because they hate the way they are treated. All levels of employees are talking about one another and dislike management. Very difficult to give quality work to a team that constantly working against each other. Treat the employees like crap and everyone is replaceable.
