Pros
Work/Life Balance and Flexible work schedule. In-office hours are 9-3. In the beginning, the vision casting and promise of growth was amazing.
Cons
The Partners of Brandcraft, while kind humans, are not business leaders. They make frivolous spending decisions (paying rent for 3 office spaces, yet struggling to pay employees and vendors), they hire well-qualified employees and then don't take a single word of advice or wisdom from them, and they criticize any other start-up business that is succeeding. The Partners have made it clear through word, action and deed that they have the best ideas. There is NO collaboration, there is an environment of secrecy, there is favor shown to family members on staff. So much would have to change to make this a healthy work environment- starting with leadership at the top.
