Very calm and easy going environment. Most employees are kind, respectful, and willing to help in any way they can.
Cons
Management team is rude, and oblivious of how they mistreat employees. They are ignorant of issues that affect the company and choose to stay in their little echo chambers believing that everything is wonderful. Departments are losing good employees that actually care about the company due to poor leadership.
