You're going to be asked to do everything in this companie and it doesn't matter if you know what to do or not the owner will tell you to just figure it out. No benefits at all they tell you you're like family but treat you like trash. My Grand son died and the owner told me I need to come to work instead of being there for my daughter and family. I left because I'm only one person doing the kids of five people.
