Met lots of cool people that I'm still friends with years later.

Cons

Horrible pay, questionable leadership, and at the time a BS product. Maybe it's changed though. I was paid minimum wage when I was hired out of college. Luckily the ESOP picked up a lot of $ slack once I left at the required 3 year mark, so that was great for everyone who stayed long enough to benefit!

having a job during the pandemic until being laid off

Cons

laid off a bunch of people during the pandemic for no reason, too many meetings everyday and no time to actually do the work, owner is hard to work for and with. He doesnt trust anyone and complains about everyone.
