Pros

Remote job so easier to manage. Co-workers with empathy. Unlimited leaves is always a plus.

Cons

No stability. Frequent layoffs. No clear guidance. The company feels financially unstable and the only way the revenue grows is by acquisition of another company and adding their revenue. The CEO is obsessed with acquisitions and design, the design requirements for software development can change amidst development or near completion stage.

Pros

Talented and dedicated non-management staff: client services, sales, engineering, and support employees.

Cons

The company feels financially unstable. Couple that with the CEO being obsessed with the "feeling" of the industry rather than his employees and the company's health and a realistic vision for the company's size, you get several layoffs in quick succession due to his poor decisions. Plus, there's a talented creative department and production team within the company that are underutilized.
