Pros
- Led with kindness and people at the centre. - A really great, talented team. The team are really kind, encouraging and respectful. - Interesting B2B work, you learn a lot about different industries.
Cons
- Regular agency growing pains + resourcing issues / busy periods - which can sometimes not be conducive to the best work life balance but that is acknowledged, whereas most agencies don’t acknowledge this. - It is B2B focal so make sure that is what you’d like to focus on as it might feel limiting to some creatives.
