Pros

The office is a nice environment. Pay is reasonable.

Cons

Difficult if you don't know anyone before you arrive. Friend culture (if you are friends with the right people it will get you further). Management are cut throat, they'll find a way to get rid of you without so much as a warning, even if you are performing well in your position.

The culture is a shell of itself

Pros

Passionate and extremely intelligent team, amazing line managers, great flexibility and a good product suite to work with.

Cons

Senior management have cultivated such a toxic culture that great people are leaving left right and centre. Since the merger took place the company has turned so corporate America that I used to dread coming to work because it’s made clear you’re just a number. Promotions and professional development opportunity are few and far between and targets were increased to the point that they were almost unobtainable. Everyone is overworked, the pay is below average and the new commission structure (which management did its best to sell as a good thing) leaves staff worse off.
