The company talks a lot about “growth, growth, growth”, but in reality it feels poorly planned as it has resulted in multiple annual redundancies - left feeling very undervalued and used after helping the business reach its next stage, only to then be let go.
The culture can feel quite cliquey. Long-standing employees often make little to no effort to integrate with new team members, and there can be a perception of favouritism towards those who have been with the company longer, particularly from senior leadership.
