Pros
Everyone takes the time to value your opinion, idea and most importantly treats you with respect when doing so. I don't think that I have ever worked so hard, and at the same time, I am seeing results from everything that I and others are accomplishing together. You do not get the feeling at all that you are working, and towards no goal. Everyday is a new adventure, and at the same time, you feel like you have known each other for such a long time - everyone feels like family. Since joining Brane, I have been encouraged and exposed to so many new
things, that if I did not take a leap of faith and join, I don't know if I would have ever discovered what I am capable of.
Cons
Since most ideas have not been explored yet, you may need to think outside of the box for new ideas and tools to bring forward and share. However all ideas and opinions are welcomed.
