Good learning curve , competitive environment to work in , If you have drive to succeed this is a great company to work for, plenty of support from upper management, if willing to go that extra mile

Cons

Can be a little repetitive, have to really support your team to get them motivated to achieve targets as there is little incentive for them to do so .
