Not much growth after manager

Store level - not a lot of work life balance, managers are not paid for work done outside of store hours, salary based managers are expected to take time back instead of being paid for over time which can be difficult on tight roster budgets. Campaign changes are done back to back and therefore V/M set up is conducted with the promo being already live. Instore targets are affected by online sales return instore. Information overload is a real thing, often many communications and process changes are coming through all at once which can be overwhelming. Roster budgets need to be revisited in order to attend teams training meetings, with a small window of lunch cover these meetings sometimes run an hour long which cuts into break flexibility for floor staff.
