Loved the employees... hated management.

Pros

Brasher's is perfect for someone who just wants to make a few extra dollars and not interested in a career. Retired folks are most likely to enjoy a position as a driver or similar position.

Cons

Management is dysfunctional from the top down. Senior managers keep secrets from the owners, owners won't listen to consultants or experts on their own staff. There is absolutely no upward mobility. You are either hired as a manager or you are not likely to get there. Owners do not like innovation, unless it's their idea. Customers are allowed to ride roughshod over employees and even threaten them without consequences. The company as a whole runs contrary to most business models, probably a result of owners and mangers having no formal business training.
