Great co-workers, flexible hours, cover a wide variety of topics.

Cons

Long hours of just sitting down and not really doing anything. Can get tedious and boring. Interview subjects can be hostile. No mobility.

Pros

Survey programming work was very interesting. Projects covered were on a wide range of topics from politics to consumer surveys. All of my co-workers were great to work with and the atmosphere was fairly chill.

Cons

Work can be sporadic and can come unannounced making work life balance tricky if you're full time.
