      I honestly can't think of anything to say here.

      Cons

      This company is basically payrolling me and several other candidates at the company where I really work. I've heard horrible things about them from fellow employees like being non responsive, unknowledgeable of how to work with contract employees, unclear in communications (email and verbal) and not paying on time. I tried to go into working through them with a good and trusting attitude, despite what I'd heard, but they ended up letting me down as well.

      Nothing as such. Once you are at clients project you don't Belong to Bravens

      Cons

      Zero cooperation from Bravens HR or recruiting team. They just place you with the clients project and forget about you, even though you are working on their w2 they will never communicate with you. Only communication is for your timesheets because they get commission. When you try to call them and explain that you are facing issues with the clients team, no one responds or tries to help you .suggestion to people who are getting placed through bravens:- Make sure you are checking with your work hours and overtime payments. They make big promises when they are submitting your profile and once you are placed they will not care about you except for the commission they are getting on behalf of you.

      Pros

      A very good company looks after its contractors. This company has a good future and I have referred a lot of friends to them.

      Cons

      Operates with tiny margin. Basically working for its customer for a little fee. This company is doing a good job by listening to its employees and contractors.
