      Pros

      12 shifts days goes by fast quick work week!! Only have to work 3 or 3 and half days week which allowed more time for family! Some nurses were really nice!! I did love my job!! But really disappointed in how management turns on people once they don’t care about you!!

      Cons

      Management will write you up for things she allows others to do!! If you’re no longer in her good circle you then she treated poorly and get LIED too!! ! Too much drama and bad mouthing from a lot of people who DON’T even work in registration department! Pay isn’t worth the amount of work you do! They can’t keep anyone because of how they treat people! Negative people with bad attitudes.

      small community hospital. staff friendly Free lunches and snacks in certain days of the month.

      Cons

      Free lunches and snacks don't make up for poor salaries and being sent home early.

      I've worked at Bravera Spring Hill and Bravera Brooksville. Brooksville is better. Education department is good. Opportunity to change specially or move up.

      Cons

      Not enough ancillary staff for the amount of patients.
