Pros

Joyful atmosphere, caring executives, example setting CEO and coworkers that are like family set this place apart from other places I've worked. People genuinely care about one another and drama is at a minimum.

Cons

Extremely convoluted processes, complex and long winded manual labor initiatives and lackluster training structure. Probably the worst training I've ever seen. You are expected to thoroughly know what you've barely been taught. They consider themselves a "technology company" but the tech in the primary system is built on windows 95 and zaps hours of productivity due to lags and crashes. Goals and milestones are nebulous, and yet you are accountable. There is a huge disparity between departments, pay and leadership/workforce. Some departments are overworked while others are underworked. Upper management and mid-level management is so overworked to where an email at 11pm is not uncommon; it almost seems like a badge of honor. This makes initiatives from top down, loose their potency to the ones who actually carry them out. The last 5 years have been tough for this little company, but recent executive acquisitions seem to have brought a bit of light to the end of the long tunnel.

Pros

Causal dress and great co-workers

Cons

Ineffective leaders. No project management Hired a CTO that lasted 2 days before getting fired. Said to care about work life balance, but made an entire department work the entire month of January to hit a deadline that was know about since the previous July. Compensation is low.

Stay away!

Pros

Convenient location, wear jeans every day, good people for the most part.

Cons

Just about everything else. They’re all about “right people right seats” and they have no problem following that for lower levels and will fire people without any warning. But many of the executives and higher levels are the wrong people but no one is doing anything about that. Everything is a mess there. My best advice to anyone looking for a job there is save yourself and stay away!
