      Good times bad times you know I've had my share

      Pros

      Very flexible when it comes to working from home. Vacation days go up to 20 after 2 years. Small company so you get great exposure to different types of projects and really get opportunities to shine at a young age. Very helpful IT staff.

      Cons

      You can get a really good experienced project team or be stuck with clueless managers and consultants that are mailing it in. It's really luck of the draw. Some weeks you have a great work life balance, others are just chaos.

      Pros

      Very flexible with regards to working remotely. There's the potential to work or various project types gaining diverse knowledge.

      Cons

      Very poor work like balance if you are not careful. Can find yourself regularly working nights and weekends if you are unfortunate. Lack of guidance with regards to growth and opportunities.
