Pros

Challenging and interesting job positions

Cons

Management is by far the worst i have ever experienced at any company, and that says alot!!! No diversity at all! Want to be valued and appreciated, this is not the place for you... Expect long hours with little reward, everyone is replaceable in the eyes of leadership and only executives receive compensation. no communication and leadership makes decisions without having a plan

We appreciate your review and feedback. We are committed to creating an environment that is comfortable and transparent, so we are sorry to hear of your experience. We’d like to address some of your comments below. Long hours, Little reward: Our employees average 42.25 hours per week. From January 1 through June 1, 2018, we have paid out over 900 hours of compensated overtime for less than 60 salary employees. In addition, hard work and over and above hours are also compensated through our quarterly awards program, our spot bonus program and our out of cycle recognition program. We greatly value, and reward, all our employee’s dedication and commitment. Compensation: We believe our compensation and benefits package are above industry standard, particularly for a small business. All employees that have been with the company for more than one year participate in a year end bonus plan. The company also compensates employees through two other methods, quarterly bonuses wherein management and employees can nominate their peers for going over and above and spot bonuses. In our last All Hands, Braxton recognized 38 employees with spot bonuses which comprised over 50% of the workforce. Communication: As a growing and dynamic company, communication is one of our highest priorities. Our company communicates with employees through many mechanisms; we utilize our quarterly All-Hands meetings, our monthly HR newsletter and our bi-monthly Orbit newsletter in addition to regular ongoing communication with executives, management and team members. We know how critical communication is to our employees and our team is working continuously to improve the flow of information. We want employees know their input is at the forefront of our minds; we encourage you to reach out to a member of our management team if you would like to further discuss your experience and concerns. Pros

Amenities were nice and the office's decor is really modern. They've spent a lot of money to ensure the office's aesthetic is appealing to the eye. The non-management staff was nice to work with.

Cons

There's a deliberate lack of diversity and gender inequality within the executive and management teams. There were some antiquated processes in place. There's a lack of focus on work life balance. Certain teams were required to work 50+ hours a week for a year while being paid on salary.

We apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for your feedback and advice to management. We are sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to address some of your specific comments. Diversity – As with most small businesses, our board of directors and executive management is mostly comprised of those with a significant financial stake in the company. Beyond the Board, the next level of management personnel within Braxton are Directors; over 62% of our Directors are members of a protected class. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, firmly believe in our equal opportunity practices, and do not tolerate discrimination. Work Hours: Our full-time employees average 42.25 hours per week. From January 1 through June 1, 2018, we have compensated employees for over 900 hours of straight-time overtime with less than 60 salary employees. In addition, hard work and over and above hours are also compensated through our quarterly awards program, our spot bonus program and our out of cycle recognition program. We greatly value, and reward, all our employee’s dedication and commitment. Process Improvement: As a small, growing company, we acknowledge our processes are an area where we need to continue to improve, and we always welcome our employees to offer solutions. We encourage you to reach out to a member of our management team if you would like to discuss your experience and concerns. With Gratitude, Braxton Technologies’ Management Team
