Not really employee focused. Decisions seem to primarily be made based on profit alone. No HR presence.

Pros
Great coworkers, plenty of projects to stay busy, lots of revit and enscape experience, plenty of ways to get involved with firm culture. Teams design/problem solve together. Good about getting AXP hours completed and ARE testing is compensated after passing.
Cons
Lack flexibility compared to other firms, limited client interaction, benefits are very standard/nothing special (no bonuses, raises are far and few), difficult to move up, leadership tend to be poor communicators/lots of "managing up" required. Diversity extremely lacking, particularly in leadership roles.
