Single coverage benefits are paid for by the company.
Cons
Employees are treated as only a number and disposable. The CEO is only focused on money and does not care about the employee experience, despite it being a “core value”. Time off is non existent, as you are still expected to be available/respond even in non-emergent situations. They really just want a “yes man” in their positions and don’t want anyone with their own opinions.
