Business outlook
Pros
- small company so you get to work on a lot of different projects and have more responsibilities you'd have somewhere else - chilled and relaxed environment, friendly colleges and very good work/life balance
Cons
- make sure to speak up and proactively manage your time/project you are being allocated to - some project managers tend to micromanage grads until they are trusted to work independently (this can take longer than necessary) - no career progression beyond a SRC, stale roles and PMs/directors that have been in the company for 20 years+ not leaving any room for change
