      Pros

      It's a cool team to work for. If there's any politics being played, it's far out of your sight, so I'd say there's a good culture overall. I did see multiple people progress to new positions while I was there, so there is definitely mobility.

      Cons

      If you're looking for structure with obvious goals/practices/etc., this isn't that. It's definitely a bit of a loose work environment and that can lead to some panic moments/lack of communication across the board.

      Pros

      The team at Breakout Studio is phenomenal. Every individual you will work with in-house is motivated, eager to learn, and great at their work. Leadership is involved and enthusiastic, clients are engaged, and as a remote first company its easy to connect with coworkers.

      Cons

      The Breakout team is small, meaning you'll have an opportunity to touch several projects at any given time — not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be aware of, especially when multiple people are on PTO at once.

      -nice team -opportunities to grow and improve the business -nice and interesting clients

      Cons

      -can feel siloed and hard to fit in, especially when remote -runs like a start-up, needs operational improvement -no company culture or identity or values -lack of leadership presence -no 401k match
