Pros

- Employees generally get along with each other quite well, this is mostly due to the fact that they are all aligned in disliking the CEO.

Cons

- CEO creates a culture of unapproachability, scattered priorities, and weak long term vision. - CEO has no understanding of how to manage employees. - Most decisions are sales-led, resulting in ineffective long-term growth strategies. - With as big of an addressable market there is for this product, the company should be doing better. Most companies that get pitched on the product do not get sold on it, as it's not that great, and competitors alike in the space who offer something similar with more features are winning the market-share - Working at Breazy is like being stuck on a cruise ship. It's slow-moving, you can't change direction, the captain makes the decisions, and after a week you're not having fun anymore.
