Pros
Small business, company seems to actually care about its people and animals. Ive seen so many nice things done for co-workers that most companies wouldn't do. they push safety a lot, so that's good. Decent benefits, decent pay (although raises are limited).
Cons
They seem to have limited resources. They don't allow much overtime, and they stopped the 401 K match.
