Where do I start???? Unlawful, unprofessional, salary witholding, non compliant Contracts, responsibility shifting to next person then the next. No responses at all. No contact numbers for higher up bodies you WIlL HAVE TO TRY AND FIGHT FOR ANY REPLIES TO GET FROM THEM once youve left! No payslips on 1st months pay! New starters only get paid (if your lucky to even ever receive that at all!) only 68% of their 1st pay even if they started employment before and within their payroll cut off dates for that month! And if they are lucky to even see that no one will inform you before or during induction and that isnt even paid for another 10 days after payday? Nothing in writing about where your remaining 32% of your first months wage goes to? Or if you will ever see it again! No communication. If you leave you are cut dead by everyone at Breezemount. HR. Your Managers etc. No idea if you will be paid at all for any work done before you leave? Or when? If ever? No P45 forwarded on to you. Thieving, illegal, immoral, underhanded, unprofessional shambles of a Company who are happy to work the skin off your back then cut you dead and withold your pay illegally the minute you leave! Avoid at all costs. Solicitors are currently instructed!! No stars deserved!
