Outstanding onboarding experience At first, it is made clear you are an asset to the company, and your growth is beneficial. Standardized onboarding process makes trainings efficient to get you fully acclimated to the company way of life.

Cons

-Poor and inexperienced management. -I've seen Multiple SDR's fired at their 4-6 month mark, while surpassing activity and revenue goals -The longest tenured rep is at 3-4 months.

Fully remote is the only pro to this job. Everything else about this company is mediocre at best.

Cons

AVOID WORKING ON THE MARKETING TEAM. Complete mess, no clear initiatives, managers who are not good marketers and do not understand simple marketing concepts. Benefits are bad (401k is trash, healthcare benefits from BCBS are trash) No diversity at all No protection for their IP or product. Fully remote company with no VPN or other security protocols

- Fully remote - Good benefits - Room for growth - Company Laptop/Montior

Cons

- Minimal Transparency within the Sales Department in regard to performance and goals. - Lack of Accountability for Management - Unbalance of quantity/quality of clients amongst the Sales team considering all goals were the same for all SDRs. - Changes that were said to be made my management regarding individual goals and were never followed through with.
