You can tell they really care about the people here and want everyone to succeed. The customers we work with are actually really cool. It’s fun to collaborate with big-name brands and help them do things they didn’t think were possible. It keeps the work interesting and makes you feel like what you’re doing matters. Because it's a smaller team, you end up wearing a lot of hats. It can be a lot at times, but it also means you get to learn quickly and have real ownership over your work.
