Benefits still top private sector even with recent changes.
Cons
The push to have employees do more and more with less and less is never ending. Training outside of the County Phased System is not supported for growth unless required by certifications or licenses. The lack of pay increases coupled with increased costs for insurance has driven morale to low levels. Having Senior Management claim that employees are lucky to have their jobs is not just a blow to morale, but sends well trained employees elsewhere. The distrust from Senior Management towards those they manage is tangible.
