Pros

- Lovely people - everyone works very holistically, is very honest and transparent, and there's zero tolerance for arseholes (which in a digital agency can be rare!) - Great benefits, flexible working hours, unlimited paid holiday, regular socials - The support of being part of the wider Adaptavist Group means a huge pool of experts to work with and great security, meaning we can afford to innovate and work with the clients we really care about - Flexibility in job roles; of the team of PMs, we all have quite varied roles depending on what we most enjoy, where we feel more comfortable, and what we're best at. You're not pigeon holed into something that doesn't suit you. - Great transparency in terms of future plans, revenue, targets etc. Everyone is kept involved.

Cons

- Socials can be difficult if you're a remote or international worker - Working in 'squads' means you don't get to work with as many people within the company as you'd always want to
