      - amazing junior staff that cares - work on high profile clients - office vibe is not so bad to go to

      Cons

      - a communications agency that doesn’t know how to communicate internally - low compensation for work expectations - they prioritize leadership when junior staff does most of the work

      - working alongside the smartest people in comms/advertising - summer Friday early dismissal is good - office has a very nice rooftop

      Cons

      - difficult to produce great work with so many barriers - many projects or tasks went no where/duds - office vibe is big ick - poor experiences with direct management - explosive leadership - having worked for other agencies in the Philly, the culture is toxic
