Pros

The work culture is rich and motivating, almost everyone is nice and helpful, starting with Erwina who makes you feel so safe ever since your first interview, to the people you work with who are always here to help you with whatever you need.

Cons

Pros

+ Good compensation for a starting role. + Continuous learning especially about languages and current events + Awesome people. You will meet and work with different people from around the world which is a good way to improve your English speaking skills. I am currently part of a team and I appreciate how they help me adjust and improve my role as a CPS. + The job is perfect for introverts too, especially for those who love reading, and into social media + I like their 8 hours work shift and 5 shifts per week set up, compared to my previous job which I have to go OTs and required me to work 6 times a week. + No graveyard shifts which is totally favorable for me :)

Cons

- No social security and health benefits. - You have to provide your own work tools. - Your shift schedule may change every week, but it's fine for me since they provide schedules ahead of time :)

Pros

So I've been working here for about 3 months now and to be honest I've been loving every single second of it! Before starting here I seriously didn't think it would be possible for someone like me to enjoy a job this much. Some of the pros: • The team is super friendly, everyone I've had the pleasure to interact with has been extremely nice and welcoming. • Everything is perfectly structured. For me, coming from my country, I wasn't really experienced with a job where everything was as tightly structured as it is in BrickBrands. The training period was a breeze, there's support tools everywhere, as well as team members available for any question you have. Also they have a very strong system where they track performance of every employee, always giving you the tools to get better at your role as time goes on. • Everything is entirely online. Of course, one big plus on this day and age. • The team is very international. You will be exposed to people from everywhere around the world, it's been incredible to form bonds with people from every continent and learning from different cultures! • Perfect way to practice your english. Of course, you need a certain level of english communication skills to be able to work here, but it's a great way to keep your english skills fresh and up to date. • There's a lot of room for growth. I haven't been here a long time, but the amount of people I've met that started with my same role and that eventually became bigger figures in the organization is a lot! It gets everyone very hopeful that there's a lot of ways to grow within the team. • The job itself is very fun! I can't go into much detail about what the day-to-day is like, but be sure you won't be bored at all.

Cons

So, I don't have much complains if any. The things I will list here personally don't affect me at all, but I still think these would be some of the biggest roadblocks for anyone looking to apply for this job. • The work days vary. The time of the day you will be working in will usually stay consistent, but the actual days of the week you work on won't. For instance, some days you will work during the weekend, but have your days off during the middle of the week. You always work 5 days a week, and the schedule is published at the start of every month. You will definitely lose the sense of time after a while, but you get used to it. (Also if you had an incredible performance last month, you get to make your own monthly schedule!) • You are frequently monitored. It's nothing too extreme, but in random intervals your computer screen and your webcam will take a screenshot. Just so management knows you're really there, which is totally fair considering it's a remote job. I honestly was super scared about this before starting here, since I really value privacy, but it's not bad at all. After all, if they take bad pictures of you, you have like 15 seconds to decline sending them haha. Those are mainly it, and as you can tell, I don't mind them at all really. So if you're interested in joining, don't make them stop you from trying!
