Pros

Brickfish is made up of highly talented individuals that are passionate about what they do and collectively they work hard to continuously bring out the best in their clients. By joining this company, you will be exposed to a variety of client projects as well as get a hands on experience and understanding of all departments.

Cons

The hours can be long but Brickfish is a work hard, play hard environment. Everyone is dedicated to getting things done for the clients and sometimes that will include coming in early/staying late.

Pros

Vibrant work environment, mix off several smart junior professionals starting off in their careers and senior talent. Weekly lunches, holiday parties and occasional dinner. Great CEO one of the best salesmen and business owners around.

Cons

Work can be challenging at times. Clients can also be challenging at times. Some prospects may not be a good fit in this environment.

Pros

Talented people, innovative products and a sense of passion and drive are a few things that make up Brickfish. The environment oozes with energy and collaboration. Personally, I enjoy both the comfort and creativity that comes with having a transparent and open form of communication. I feel that what I have to say is truly valued, which makes my work feel meaningful. I see also this in my coworkers. Knowing that what they contribute affects the company is a powerful responsibility to have, yet can escalate personal and professional growth tremendously. Brickfish upper management has done a great job at creating an environment that allows employees to freely and confidently present their own perspectives and ideas. This leads to a united atmosphere with mutual respect among all employees and executives. As it relates to work recognition, Brickfish employees are not only rewarded for their successes but also for their hard work and effort. Daily work spans from strategy and creative to technology and execution for current clients in fashion, beauty, CPG, luxury retail, automotive and wine & spirits. We learn something new everyone day because we're fortunate to work on such a variety of clients across many verticals. If you're passionate, driven and strive to be a leader, I'm positive that Brickfish will be an excellent fit.

Cons

There's a lot of work to accomplish and you'll need a determined and focused attitude to do so. We work hard and long, however, there's not a week that goes by where we aren't rewarded with something fun. Whether it's Taco lunch fiestas or Friday luaus (our COO gave out real orchid leis!), we know that the hard work pays off with a little fun.
