You get real ownership pretty quickly, and there’s loads of room to grow Really good energy - people are smart, friendly, and easy to work with The work feels genuinely worthwhile, and decisions are made in a sensible, data led way

Cons

Would be nice to do a few more team socials here and there It can get a bit full-on at times - you’re often juggling a few things at once
