Ok..so its going to be little long but I request to read it all if you are planning to join this company. First and foremost, don’t believe on the positive reviews for this company at all as its completely manipulated and forced by management. HR will come to the employees and ask them to give good ratings and feedback here, Not HR’s fault as they are directed by the management to do so.
Second, there is a complete dictatorship by the management as there is no proper board of directors, only two people sitting in top run this company and they decide everything. Don't get surprised if you are asked to leave the company anytime with voluntary resignation.
Third, the people in leadership are in those positions by default. the company has serious lapse in its management level. Incapable, rude and egoistic managers. There are people in Team Lead and manger level who are not even graduates. Managers can behave rudely with you and you can’t say anything to them. You have to keep your mouth shut as If you complain against any manager, be assured that you will be tortured all the time and ultimately end up resigning or they will find a way to terminate you. Employees have no voice in this company, the yearly connect with CEO and surveys are complete eyewash.
Fourth, no career growth for talented people, yearly hike is meager. Pay Scale is too low. An experienced employee here gets poorly paid when compared to the industry standards. No yearly bonus at all. Promotions completely depend on manager’s wish, no matter how well you perform. This is more like a place married women and freshers gather up to make some bucks instead of just sitting at home.
Fifth, time tracking system is so bad that you have to give a count of what you do every minute. Everyday you have to log minimum 8 hours inside the office premises (its mandatory), doesn't matter if you have work or not.
Sixth, Too much restrictions. Smart phones are not allowed to the workstations. The employees must have an alternative basic mobile phone without camera. You can't take a normal sized bag inside office. Any kind of food is not allowed inside the office. There is no pantry facility inside office. Employees must go all the way to canteen to just grab a cup of coffee. The time ticks in Biometric. The company claims to be a women-friendly organization and fails to provide cab facility for pregnant women. Work-from-home option nearly impossible here. Well, there is still so many things to say but I couldn't cover here.
