The people you work with and the relationships you build. I worked with Bridge for two years and only made a career change for personal reasons (travel). It was a great position and the company treats their employees great too

No cons, my job required me to travel quite a bit and with future planning, I knew I needed a position that would give me more of a home base. I was sad to leave!
