      Pros

      Small company atmosphere. Good company culture. Good coworkers. No micromanagement. Exciting work.

      Cons

      Outside of the engineering/R&D departments there was high turnover. The company is definitely very reactive to general economic conditions. If the economy is good they hire a lot, if the economy turns sour they layoff quickly.

      There isn't a downside working here. Most people that leave the company is either they are not fit for the job and they found a even better offer.
