      Pros

      I get to work from home allowinf me to be flexible with my time.

      Cons

      1. If I do not teach, I do not get paid (Unstable/fluctuating salary) 2. During the down time (December - March/April) I only have about 2 students max. 3. Do not get paid leave. 4. Do not get bonuses

      - Fun place to work because of students and fellow employees - Opportunity to meet people from all over the world - Training and professional development opportunities - Pretty good teaching materials available (NatGeo)

      Cons

      - Upper management had no presence - No cohesive structure between education dept and other departments - All teachers were downsized because of the pandemic, and CEO never acknowledged us, thanked us for our service, or apologized - Were promised updates about when we might be hired back, but the in-person teaching was abolished and no one was hired back - Low pay and no benefits - No raise unless you kept earning higher degrees
