Pros

This job had pros in excess for a while! Not anymore. Pros to this workplace only exist at the highest level or for those who benefit directly from the nepotism this company is fraught with.

Cons

Nepotism, Dishonestly, Manipulation and constant rug-pulls from upper management. Past employees who expressed need for mental health accommodations were fired immediately after- even at the middle management level. Lower-level employees who helped build the start up from the ground up were laid off after asking for raises or other necessary appreciations of their time, skills, and work. Their jobs were then outsourced entirely. Bonuses are constantly reduced, seemingly arbitrarily. Management will pick and choose people at lower levels to treat with massive favoritism, resulting in more perks, bonus opportunities & better pay for them. The cherry on top is that the company favors outsourcing over promoting internal talent, even when that internal talent has more then proven themselves deserving of a step up from lower management to middle or higher. All around disrespect for employees at nearly every level but the top, lack of transparency & a hostile work environment. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Pros

Nothing. People looking for a job should just pass on this place

Cons

Where do I start? There is no work life balance here. You will need to work 24/7. Most of the C Suite executives are not great at receiving feedback. They say they will consider all outside opinions on the topic of changing processes, but they are just keeping up with the old ways. If that was the case, the reviews would look very different. If you want a contract job, this is a contract job without letting you know in writing. They give you a grace period to see how you perform and if there is anything wrong, they will fire you. Just go get a job somewhere that discloses the reality of the situation. They expect you to just get up and running without any training at all. You will get very vague training and if you do not perform right the first time, you will be fired. People have no patience to train here or any empathy. Management expects you to do the job without training and will get mad when you not hitting the KPIs. The person that left the positive review was probably told to do so or is brainwashed. The insurance is so expensive too, you are looking at $200 a paycheck. This place is no good. This place is very scammy. Everything from the interview process to the actual work. You are a robot and you will be treated as such.

Pros

You will get a paycheck!

Cons

This company is by far the worst company to date that I have come across. They lure in employees with the promise of a bonus and professional development when management needs to be professionally developed. The CEO releases weekly updates yet is rarely in office or interact with employees outside of the happy hours he would host to make sure employees would remember he owns the company. Turn overs are crazy high here and they often hire people with little to no experience in managerial roles. Comments from HR are highly inappropriate and they have little to no regard for basic humanity or your livelihood. They will fire anyone in the blink of an eye as they just did a mass lay off of about 20+ employees and told them they were getting an hour of pay for the day they were fired. This group of employees then had to draft a legal letter for them to be paid a severance and the CEO’s response was that it was an oversight. After the mass layoff of intake specialist they now have a hiring ad on multiple job boards. Please disregard this company as I would not even tell my worst energy to apply here.
