Pros
-Very Tight Knit Company -Any questions or concerns always someone available & or waiting with an in depth answer -Perfect work life balance -Many events hosted throughout the company to keep company morale high
Cons
-Training when having a new hire could use improvement, as a new hire and my 3rd month with the company and now being knowledge fully on our CRM and how to accommodate our residents I can honestly say at times I would feel as if I had to learn on the fly or be thrown into positions, scenarios without prior warning or proper training. While asking for help during learning while asking questions there had not been much patience or time to dedicate towards training although I am a quick learner. If there were a process put in place regarding shadowing for a week and showing and attempting before just being placed in a learn as you scenario there would me much more higher morale as a new hire throughout the company.
