The people here are a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire company people are willing to help eachother. The leadership is very impressive, competent, and takes care of the employees.
Cons
Complex industry + product, which is a fun challenge. Always lots to do, which creates a hard working positive environment but not for the faint of heart.

Very laid back management with decent benefits
Cons
- Poor management and poor transparency amongst the team - You will work on multiple "projects", but in reality, you're working multiple different jobs without pay to compensate for the additional responsibilities. - I'd avoid this company.
