      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      Despite the challenges, I appreciated the support from a few dedicated colleagues. Their assistance and camaraderie made the work environment more bearable. These individuals demonstrated a positive team spirit, offering guidance and encouragement during a challenging period. Their presence highlighted the potential for a supportive community within the company, even amidst its shortcomings.

      Cons

      My experience at this workplace was regrettable, especially for female employees. During my short tenure, I faced harassment and discomfort from a supervisor in the field desk, particularly when management was absent. The prevalence of nepotism, evident even in HR, created a toxic environment. I discovered that upward mobility within the company was nearly impossible unless you had personal connections with individuals in high positions. I was relieved to leave and wouldn't recommend this workplace, especially for women seeking a fair and respectful professional environment.

      One in a million IT company

      Pros

      Bridgehead IT is headed by one of the sharpest and morally-sound CEOs I have ever met. The company fosters growth and career building unlike any organization I have been a part of. Successful techs with the company often move on to much stronger external positions or rise to higher levels within the company itself. Burn out is combatted heavily here, and my most frequent “reprimand” has been for working too many hours.

      Cons

      The usual complaint with any MSP: a lot of fingers in a lot of pies. It can be overwhelming to handle so many accounts, but they still do it better than any other I’ve seen.
