      Pros

      I know the ethos of the company is to support all members of the staff, particularly when they hit hard times. The company tries to encourage progression and advancement within the more limited opportunities available to a small company. It has always been known as an exceptionally happy company offering an opportunity to widen their love and knowledge at art within an active working environment.
