Can be a very easy job at times depending on the client,

Cons

Very little communication, little interaction with other staff aside from shift exchange, unneeded office drama, have to find your own coverage, not enough employees.

This agency is very unethical and unprofessional. Their main focus is on billing even when client should be discharged.

None whatsoever, they should be shut down

Cons

You have to be willing to commit Medicaid fraud to work here. I handed over all the proof to the state so beware if you work there you will be investigated.They endanger clients and mistreat staff.
