Pros

The business shares information across the whole team on a monthly call, including safety stats, staff retension, business performance, new starters, new qualifications, long service, happiness barometer. An inhouse engineerin academy with over 30 apprentices. Longterm frameworks held with watercompanies across England and Wales Family business - with great values

Cons

With over 300 employees, its hard to know everybody really well - although we do have whole company gatherings

Personal and friendly, serious about safety and personal development, recently enhanced benefits packages considerably. All employees received a significant thank you payment following last year's results.
