Pros
Work environment is fairly casual. There are some nice people who work here.
Cons
-Most people here are unhappy with their job and it is easy to see that in their attitude. -The pay is very low. -Overtime is mandatory and they try to use this as compensation for being paid so low. -Very controlling co-worker in accounting. Actual manager is very hands off. -Favoritism is obvious.

Fairly laid back environment, flexibility with employees' personal life situations, relatively strong job security as business has been rapidly growing and expanding over the past 5 years
Cons
Upper-managmement disconnected from ground floor operations/employee needs, not a lot of opportunities to move up in the company, very lean operation that causes employees to stretch thinner than they should have to to get the job done
