Can work from home. Nothing else.

Cons

The CEO is an Indian guy. Unless you are white or Indian, you will not be treated well in this company. Stay away from this company. It is a very cheap place. All programming and development work have been out-sourced to Indian.

Experience no need to join there. Only guys have less experience then better to join there.

Cons

Worst HR Policy. Hiring process too bad. Hr behaviour too bad. It's like school. Hr policy changes frequently. Even you don't know when its changed. No too many project.
