The location is very central in Manchester

Cons

Do not value employees - No job security and the employee turnover is very high Expect sales staff to arrive early and stay late Encourage toxic work environment Very little compassion and understanding for personal circumstances - work must come above all else Some of those in management appear to enjoy humiliating and bullying staff members Only get Statutory Sick Pay Lackluster training

Worked with mostly nice people Free tea bags and coffee It has made me realise I was only working there to pay my bills and just scrape by with life. Your direct line management was always trying to push for better benefits.

Cons

Over Worked at points. Under Paid by about 5k on the average wage. Office Politics when it came to improvements and development of systems or when people had personal problems - liked to seem that they were being supportive but would make you jump through hoops just to have a day off for a funeral sometimes. Outsourced majority of workload to South African company.
